A highly successful, global business with circa 150 employees are looking for a people focused HR Advisor or HR Generalist to join their HR team. Working within a HR team of three, you will support the business with everything people related; delivering an outstanding people service to the business. As the HR Advisor you will work across the full employee lifecycle, BAU as well as interesting project work. You will partner with middle managers to support, develop, and plan for their teams as well as working across recruitment, L&D, employee relations, comp and bens as well as organisational development. This role would suit a true HR Generalist with a passion for people, developing teams and enhancing culture.
The ideal candidate for this HR Advisor role will be CIPD qualified with an up to date knowledge of UK employment law. You will be personable and professional; able to build relationships with stakeholders easily. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next step into a HR Business Partner role.
The salary on offer for this role is GBP55,000 plus great benefits.
