You will be part of a small team of HR Professionals, and provide a generalist HR advice and support service to managers and staff across the Foundation. You will lead on the management of occupational health and absence management cases, and the ensure the correct application of family friendly policies and procedures.
Full time role 37 hours/week. Flexible/Hybrid working will be available - Fixed Term Contract - July 2024
Salary: GBP35,000 to GBP40,000 per annum depending on experience.

Pro-actively monitor short-term and long-term absence within the FoundationManage family friendly procedures including maternity, paternity and shared parental leave,Lead on the management of Occupational Health cases across the Foundation.Provide generalist advice, guidance and support to managers and staff throughout the Foundation,Act as HR support and notetaker at disciplinary hearings as directed.Support the HR Business Partners and Director of HR with the management of complex employee relations cases.Undertake any ad hoc HR projects as directed by the HR Business Partners or Director of HR.Ensure all of the HR systems including Civica, Staff Zone, Networx and Foundation Connect are kept up to date and reviewed regularly.Support the HR Administrators as requiredSupport the HR Business Partners in updating HR policies and procedures.
