Adecco Crewe are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our reputable client based in Nantwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress in your HR career, working towards an HR Business Partner role, with study support for CIPD level 7 and excellent company benefits being provided.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice, support and guidance to managers and staff, and you'll be working closely with the in-house Payroll Team, where you will be responsible for preparing and checking monthly HR information. You will be working closely with the HR Manager, who will actively coach and support you with a view to progress in to the HR Business Partner position.

The successful candidate will have a CIPD level 5 qualification, with the desire to learn and develop, and really progress in their HR career.

In return you will receive study support towards your CIPD level 7 with a clear 3 year progression path to become HR Business Partner, 35 days holiday + bank holidays, Christmas shutdown, 24% employer pension contribution, free parking on site, and free tea and coffee in the office.

This is a fully office based role working Monday - Friday, in a beautiful rural location with picturesque surroundings and good facilities on site and nearby.
