Our client is a professional services company based in Banbury. They are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced HR Advisor to join their team, supporting and guiding the HR Assistant and reporting to the HR Director. The ideal candidate will be someone who worked in HR previously and is either qualified or working towards their CIPD L3 qualification.Please Note: this is a part-time role, working 3 days a week from 8.30 am - 5 pm. The role is fully on-site working in the company's Banbury office.Main Responsibilities Administer the onboarding and recruitment process. Assist with employee Wellbeing initiatives. Ensure that HR advice and guidance reflect and reinforce employment law. Assist in carrying out employee risk assessments. Support payroll function, absences, and expenses. Support the HR Director in leading employee well-being initiatives. Assist/support the training of junior team members. Assist in creating training programmes and presentations.Key Skills Be committed to or working towards CIPD level 3 (essential). Familiar with HRIS systems. Demonstrate a creative outlook. Have experience working as an efficient and effective HR Assistant. Ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach. Pay attention to detail. Strong numerical, literacy and listening skills.
