I am working with a well–established, modern, high–end building specialist with a sleek and impressive portfolio of developments in residential properties.
You'll be working alongside the HR Manager for a team of specialist contractors, permanent and temporary tradespeople, site managers, as well as office staff.

In this role you will support the full scope of HR responsibilities such as managing HR queries, hiring and recruitment, KPIs, and performance management (appraisals and reviews).

Full Time Salary: GBP35,000–GBP40,000 per annumThis is an office based role so please do consider this as part of your application Very sociable company, do monthly socials with the immediate team, bimonthly socials with the wider team – summer BBQs, Christmas parties. Responsibilities
HR Advisor and supporting the full employee life cycleRecruit and onboard new hiresConduct performance management and provide feedback, implementing appraisal systems and structuresManaging payroll across permanent as well as contractors Supporting the HR strategy and working on HR related projects
Experience
Bachelor's degree or relevant experienceExperience in Human Resources Management (ideally as a HR Manager or above)Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgement
