This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to take on a new challenge!
Salary - Up to GBP40,000 per annum
Working pattern - Hybrid. 1 day per week in the office
Term - Full time and permanent
About the role:
As part of the role you will be involved in the management of day to day HR Operations.
Provide an effective professional HR management service including the provision of quality employment law advice to ensure compliance with current legislation, policies and procedures.
Work with managers and staff to provide HR input on employee relations issues.
Manage special projects to support the achievement of corporate objectives.
Provide advice on all HR policies and procedures including conditions of service, reorganisation and grievances and disciplines.
Provide recruitment and selection support, including onboarding and offboarding.
Work closely with managers to Identify training needs and be able to coordinate internal and external training opportunities.
Support managers in the probationary process and capability process.
HR Advisor - About you
Possess a broad knowledge and understanding of HR and proven experience in dealing with HR and Employee Relations related matters.
Operated at HR Advisory level - 3 years (minimum)
CIPD level 5 qualified
Good organisational planning and project management skills, able to demonstrate results and deliver continuous improvement.
You will need to be confident, work autonomously and have excellent communications skills.
Be able to multi task and meet deadlines.
