This role involves providing HR support during a significant restructure in a unionised environment. Collaborate with the HR team to contribute to HR activities and projects, supporting the delivery of their People Strategy. Ensure optimal customer satisfaction with their HR service delivery.

Who this job would suit: Ideal for a qualified HR professional (CIPD level 5 or equivalent) with experience in restructures and recruitment. Must have excellent communication skills, work independently or in a team, and maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and issue restructure documentsAdvise and support line managers during the restructureDeliver recruitment and selection guidanceComplete internal admin processes for leavers and transfersProvide HR support for Employee Relations casesImplement a Growth Mindset approachRepresent the company's Guiding PrinciplesContribute positively to business growth and improvementsBenefits:
