Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a wonderful organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Advisor.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR or ER Advisor with a strong generalist background, comfortable dealing with employee relations matters with solid employment law knowledge.

Duties include:

Advise, guide, and manage a variety of employee relations matters, working with managers at various levels Conduct appropriate investigations, contributing to the resolution of employee relations issues. Ensure necessary paperwork and accurate notes are maintained, as needed. Provide advice and guidance on HR/People policies, processes and employment legislation. Support HRBP with key strategic projects and organisational development Be a point of contact for HR related queries with clients, delivering a proactive and flexible service Support business with Employment Law updates Dedicate time/focus to HRIS system capability; develop/maintain skills and knowledge to maintain system effectiveness and suggest ways to improve or develop further. This role is largely office based, with 4 days on site on Lewes and 1 day at home.

The salary on offer is 35,000 to 40,000.
