An experienced HR Advisor is required for a leading school based near Weymouth. This is a great role reporting to an experienced HR lead, for a candidate looking to develop their career and work for a great organisation known for its positive, supportive and nurturing culture.
This role is based on site and can be offered as a term time only role, or a permanent position.
Duties include, but are not limited to-
Recruitment and on-boarding Ensuring all HR systems and reporting are up to date Payroll review and payroll records are up to date Act as HR Point of contact Absence and performance/ probation monitoring Oversee HR admin The ideal candidate for this role-
