We are looking for a HR Advisor to join a team reporting to the HR Business Partner. You will help to deliver an efficient and effective HR Advisory service whilst championing the business vision and values.
The role is based in South East London and offers flexible and hybrid working.
As a HR Advisor, you will:
Deliver a generalist HR advisory service to the stakeholders, providing up to date guidance and support on all HR policies, processes and systems Supporting managers with ER casework; providing advice, guidance, and lead on all employee matters escalating complex cases Participate in the development and delivery of HR workshops for line managers Assist with the end-to-end employee lifecycle process Actively support with organisational change programmes including redundancy, restructuring and TUPE transfers Produce Management Information reports Work with the Head of HR and HR Business Partners to deliver HR calendar activities Support the HRBP with the implementation of specific workforce initiatives Support with the monthly payroll change processes Participate in the development and delivery of HR policy skills workshops for line managers
Experience required:
CIPD Level 5 or willingness to work towards Experience of providing generalist advice Up to date knowledge of UK employment law Ability to work confidentially Strong communicator
