Responsibilities
Provide a pro-active and customer focussed HR service which supports all aspects of an employee's relationship and engagement with the company.Provide ER advice and support to managers in all aspects of absence management, performance management, capability, disciplinary and grievances.Provide advice to management and staff on human resources policies, procedures and legislationConduct exit interviews with leavers and providing summary analysis on attrition patterns.Implementing HR policy changes.Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives including engagement, wellbeing, recognition and career development.Skills & Qualifications
