My client is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team and advise on general HR relation issues and queries. This is a hybrid role, 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. To be successful for this role, you must be CIPD Level 5 qualified or have the equivalent experience.
Duties included are:
Support finance with managing the payroll
Advise on general HR/Employee Relations issues and queries
Facilitate the review and updating of job descriptions
Advise managers on recruitment and selection strategies
Provide support to managers for candidate interview and advice on the use of various selection/evaluation techniques
Review, monitor and update HR policies to ensure alignment with current legislation
Provide advice, support and coaching of line managers on the process for conducting formal investigations, performance management and grievances & disciplinaries (including note taking)
Skills required:
Strong ER background
Ability to balance demands
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to build working relationships and partnerships
