Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: 30,000- 33,000 (dependant on experience)
Location: Stanford Le Hope, Essex
Working arrangement: Hybrid (3-2 office home split)
Our client, a fast-moving business, is looking for an outgoing and savvy HR Advisor to join the team and lead on HR operations.
You will be responsible for providing generalist advice to employees and managers as well as a range of other tasks including employee relations, employee lifecycle, recruitment, and payroll assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
To manage the day to day running of the HR function
Work closely with managers across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
Conduct grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations, and hearings
Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing, and employee management/development.
Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
Manage employee relationships, promptly respond to queries, and manage expectations.
Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with employment legislation and company requirements
Skill Requirements:
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
Previous experience in a fast-paced industry would be beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable in your approach to tasks
