Summary of the HR Advisor role

Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP32,000

Job Location: Stanford-le-Hope

Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

The role

As the HR Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:

Support the Group HR Manager with ER issues.Compile disciplinary invitations/outcome letters.Take meeting-minutes.Process new starters and leavers.Draft HR documentation using templates including offer letters, contracts and more.Update and maintain HRIS system and personnel records.Coordinate training.Act as the first point of contact for the HR dept.Monitor holiday/absence. The experience required

As a successful HR Advisor, you will have the following:

Level 5 CIPD qualified.Minimum 2 years of HR Advisor experience preferably within a fresh food manufacturing sector.Experience dealing with complex employee relations cases. Strong IT skills with proficiency using Excel, Word and HRIS.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Attention to detail.Ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
