Role: HR Advisor
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: GBP30,000 per annum
Hours: 8am 4.20pm, Monday Friday (flexible hours available)
XCL Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for our client based in Leeds. This is a brand-new job opportunity, and the client are looking for an individual who is looking for a long-lasting career with them. This role would be an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years experience in HR who is working towards their CIPD.
The company are a global manufacturing company that are markets leaders in what they do. Over the years they have grown and acquired new sites across the UK and globe. They have a large number of staff at their Leeds site which you will help to manage/ advise alongside the line managers and the HR Manager.
The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:
Supporting the HR Manager with recruitment and the organisation of employees Assisting with payroll, and monitoring absences and be involved with absence reports. Be involved with HR processes and procedures, and coming up with new ideas to help improve the systems. Be able to assist employees with any concerns or queries in a confident, friendly approach. Be involved with reports, meetings, and speaking with the other sites. You will also build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Preferred Skills/ Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a HR Advisor CIPD qualified, or working towards this Experience working within a manufacturing environment, beneficial if in the automotive sector Strong level of literacy and numeracy, confident with IT Team player with a can-do attitude Application Process:
