HR Advisor - Permanent

Stanford-le-Hope, Essex - 30K to 32.5K

Min - Fri 0800. to 16.00 hrs

An extremely successful manufacturing company with over 5 decades in business in the food industry is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to work in their Essex office. Experience in a manufacturing environment in the fresh food industry would be beneficial but not essential. You would be working as a HR Advisor in a standalone position and reporting to the Group HR Manager who is based at Head Office in Luton. There will be HR and payroll coordination, not processing. Using an HRIS system, experience would be desirable but training can be given. You must have a minimum of Level 5 CIPD or be working towards it and a minimum of 2 years as an HR Advisor in a standalone position to support this job.

Main Objectives for the HR Advisor

To be involved in the full employee life cycle following agreed procedures. Provide effective advice, support, and administration for a broad range of activities. Payroll coordination, HRIS database administration and reporting, recruiting, staff induction, and general office administration. Engage directly with Managers and employees to support the business on a range of employee relations issues. Able to travel to H/O in Luton as required. Qualifications/Skills

2 years experience as HR Advisor in a standalone position having dealt with some complex employee relation cases. CIPD Qualification Level 5 or working towards it. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accurately handle several projects. Previous experience in HRIS database systems and management. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation. Attributes:
