A well–established organisation is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 1 year Fixed–Term Contract basis, located near Abbey Wood. Please note this position will be office–based initially for a 3–month training period and upon successful completion of this, the company offers 2 days remote working.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the chosen candidate will work as part of a tight–knit team of 4 to provide an effective and efficient HR partnering service to senior managers. You will assist in delivering a full HR service to the business, providing support across recruitment, engagement initiatives, handling complex employee relations matters, and learning and development.

In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a CIPD–accredited HR generalist with demonstrable expertise in employee relations (sickness, disciplinaries, grievances, etc). You will have excellent communication skills and demonstrable expertise in providing a proactive support service to the business. You will be a personable and empathetic HR professional with a passion for people, consummate communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing a successful HR strategy.

You will ensure that a smooth and efficient HR service is delivered to the business, providing guidance to the business from an operational perspective. This is an outstanding opportunity for a capable HR Advisor to join an impressive people–focused organisation.
