HR Advisor
This is a wonderful opportunity for a proactive and capable HR Advisor. Working for a well–established and values driven HR Consultancy who offer a variety of out–sourced HR Services. This consultancy is well regarded in its niche and is a highly successful business supporting a wide range of small to medium sized clients both locally and nationally.
Due to recent growth we are looking for an HR Advisor who has the capacity and desire to support clients with their day to day HR issues.
This is a hybrid and full time role. Once you've completed your probation you'll be offered the flexibility to work from where you want only needing to be in the office a minimum of once a week.
Some of the Responsibilities Include:
Providing accurate and detailed HR advice to clients in line with legislation and Company guidelines by telephone and emailManaging HRIS system for clients and ensuring that records are kept up to date in line with service agreementsPreparing employment documentation for new employees including contracts, handbooks, policies/procedures, offer letters, etc.Handling some HR administration tasks and internal duties for clientsIdentifying and following up opportunities that arise to provide additional services to clients where it will be of benefit to themMonitoring developments in employment law and keeping up to date Person Specification:
Preferably degree educated and/or CIPD qualified or working towards.A positive 'can–do' attitude, the ability to communicate at all levels and the desire to add value.Able to flex your approach to adapt to the needs of different clients.Proactive with excellent problem solving skills.No airs and graces, willing to muck in and get on with whatever needs doing.Attention to detail with the ability to plan and organise workload effectively.Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Good judgement; Confident, persuasive, approachable and dependable. It would suit a competent and ambitious HR Advisor who is looking for more flexibility, variety and autonomy within a small, friendly business.
