Office Angels are proud to be partnering with a professional sporting organisation in Birmingham, who are seeking an HR Administrator to join their HR Team. You will join their outgoing, friendly, and sociable team within their recently refurbished offices.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Carrying out HR Inductions.Managing IT equipment ordering, setting up email accounts.Managing HR inbox.Updating HR records.Payroll Audit - ensuring all information we have on file is correct against payroll.All HR audit - auditing contracts, RTW checks, qualifications, references.Organising digital files, all relevant, labelled, and up to date in file.Recruitment administration.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Strong HR administrative experienceVery good accuracy and attention to detailAbility to hit the ground running with little guidanceForward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiativeExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenUnderstand handling confidential informationExperience on MS Word and Excel
