HR Administrator- Flexible part time hours - 30 per week - 1 year maternity contract - 27- 30k pro rata - Southampton - Hybrid role - Start date ASAP

The HR Administrator is responsible for:
Managing the HR IT Infrastructure and operational day to day HR duties including holidays, sickness, general letters and correspondence.Activating all offer letters and contracts for UK.Holding the Company induction for all new starters within the UKAdminister changes to policies, procedures and Handbooks as directed by Law or the SMT.Support the European HR Employment Law & Training Director and HR Advisor with selected investigatory meetings and appropriate disciplinary meetings.Administer the recruitment process for all European vacancies including psychometrics and assessment tools and conduct the majority of first level interviews in the UK in the absence of the HR Advisor.Monitor absence/sickness trends, collate return to works and monitor periods of absence and feedback to HR Advisor and managers.Monitor probation periods, liaise with managers prior to the end of probation and issue confirmation letters.Sit in on informal discussions and records notes/minutes in absence of HR advisor.Respond to reference requests for former employees in a timely manner.Process Leavers and conduct exit interviews and monitor trends.Experience required.
Basic knowledge of UK Employment law - idealExcellent working knowledge of benefits, terms, policies, processes and interface with providers.Microsoft office proficiency - emphasis on Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Organisational skills for administration including use of HRIS programsPreferably hold Level 3 certificate in HR Practice.
