Description

The HR Administrator is responsible for ensuring all administration linked to the Human Resources department is up to date on a day to day basis and supporting the HR Team in delivery of the full cycle of HR activities.

Duties to include:

Administration of new starters and leaversCompleting full onboarding and offboarding processEnsuring accurate and timely preparation, collation and filing of all offer documentation and contractsAssisting with recruitment in conjunction with HR team and hiring managersLiaising with recruitment sources and candidates to arrange and coordinate interviewsMeeting and greeting candidates attending interviewMaintaining HRIS system and keeping up to date with all changes.Maintaining online HR filing system including transfer and disposal of records according to retention schedules and policiesAssisting with pension and benefits processing in conjunction with the HR Manager.Managing online training platforms; ensuring courses are completed as required, and liaising with providers to enable best use of the system, providing regular reports and chasing any mandatory training when necessary.Answering telephone and email HR enquiriesManaging HR generic mailboxes and distributing to the relevant team member for action.Pro-actively creating and distributing monthly communicationsTaking notes in monthly HR MeetingsResponsible for HR induction documents - ensure any changes are applied.Maintaining Org Charts and ensure changes are applied in a timely manner.Assisting the Office Manager with coordinating charity eventsAssisting the HR Team with any special people projects Candidate requirements:

Experience in HR or a desire to start a career in HRSome previous administration experience within a busy officeAbility to develop positive working relationships with all levels of colleagues and external contactsEffective communication skills; verbal, electronic and writtenExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and to work to deadlinesGood attention to detailCompetent with all aspects of Microsoft OfficeAbility to achieve targets whilst maintaining accuracy Think Human Resources is the HR division of Think Specialist Recruitment, an independently owned recruitment business.
