Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Personnel Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and other relevant details. Benefits Administration:
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Provide support for benefit inquiries and enrollment processes. Time and Attendance:
Manage time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly. HR Compliance:
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance. Assist in the preparation of reports for audits or regulatory purposes. Employee Relations:
Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and interpersonal relationships. HR Reporting:
Generate regular HR reports on key metrics, such as turnover, attendance, and other relevant HR analytics. Present findings to HR Manager for review and strategic planning. Recruitment Support:
Collaborate with the HR team to support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates. Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and initiatives, and assist in tracking employee development plans. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management. Proficient in MS Office. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Benefits:
