HR Administrator

A globally established logistics business is seeking a HR Administrator to provide a truly generalist service to the business.
Working as part of an established HR team you will provide efficient support on all HR administrative matters to the wider business on behalf of the HR department.
Reporting to the HR Manager it will be your responsibility to:
Organise and maintain personnel record;
Be the first point of contact for absence related queries;
Provide support to the Head of HR Learning & Development relating to projects and or any other related duties which may arise;
Lead on recruitment and onboarding activity ;
Take ownership of utilising a new HRIS (Cascade) in order to run reports, scrutinise data etc.
This role will offer hybrid working, initially with 1 day per week working from home (which may increase to 2 post-probation).
To be considered for this role you will:
Live locally to Lichfield;
Be CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards);
Have experience of working with a HRIS;
Have worked within HR previously/currently;
Be confident and capable using all areas of Microsoft 365.
