The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is an excellent opportunity to learn more about HR practically and to be provided with the opportunity to practice your learning.

You can expect the role to involve:

Acting as first point of contact for employees and signposting them appropriately in a supportive manner Ensuring employee files are compliant, Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting actions, Continually self-improve in terms of education and experience, Manage HR administration.

ABOUT YOU:

If you re fanatical about food and have the can-do spirit that s created our success, Bring those qualities, with the following and you will have the recipe for success:

CIPD Qualified, working towards it, or are interested in HR training, Experience withing food, manufacturing, or a similar fast paced environment would be advantageous, Experienced working in a busy HR Department, HR software experience would be an advantage, Experience of HR matrices such as absence calculations, turnover etc. would be advantageous.
