HR Administrator
Location: Hertfordshire Hybrid Working 3 days in the office
Hourly Rate: 16.36 (Umbrella)
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join a local authority as an HR Administrator. Based in Hertfordshire, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various aspects of Human Resources through efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities: As the HR Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting data input and maintaining accurate records.Drafting template letters and handling electronic filing.Managing correspondence and updating HR databases.Handling invoicing and purchase orders.Managing phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring effective communication. Key Areas of HR Involvement: The role encompasses various HR functions, including but not limited to:
Recruitment and selection processes.Induction processes for new hires.Coordination of training and events.Support in Performance Management activities.Monitoring and managing attendance records.Handling aspects related to pay, benefits, and awards.Managing employee leavers processes.Contributing to employee well-being initiatives. Experience: The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience working in Human Resources.Knowledge of recruitment procedures.
