Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their dynamic Human Resources team as an HR Administrator on a temporary basis.
Start Date: January 2024Duration: 3–6 monthsHours: Full time between Monday – Friday (fully office based) As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates and new hires.Maintaining accurate and up–to–date employee recordsProviding administrative support in various HR activities, such as international visitor documentation, accommodation and transport booking for visitors, coordinating training programmes, processing department invoices, and administering HR policies and procedures.Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practises.Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and providing prompt and professional assistance. To be successful in this role, you will need:
A genuine passion for HR and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment.Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong attention to detail and administration skills with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.To be able to build strong relationships with internal & external customers within the UK & Globally face–to–face, on email & on the telephone.Experience using social media platforms with the ability to post job adverts on websites, social media & Linked–in etc.A high level of confidentiality.To be tenacious with the ability to chase for outstanding HR information with tact and diplomacy.To be keen to bring new ideas to the table whilst understanding that not all of these may be implemented due to the Global nature of the business.A positive outlook with a realistic & practical approach to Human Resources. This is a full time position which is fully office based in Littlehampton
