HR Admin Team Leader (Hybrid) Full-time, PermanentGBP30,000UckfieldWe are seeking an HR Administration Team Leader to join one of the UKs leading Health and Wellbeing organisations. Working within a dynamic team and reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the HR administration team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You will develop efficiencies within the centralised hub of HR Administration using automated methods whilst still providing an excellent service to the business.You will lead and manage the co-ordination of the entire employee lifecycle, providing consistent support to managers, employees and third parties to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
You will also:
Create and support the business with clear and efficient processes to onboard new starters liaising with recruitment and line managers.
Complete quarterly audits across all processes to ensure compliance and accuracy and in turn prepare KPI information and reports.
Manage the accurate recording of annual leave and other types of absence for employees and work with line managers to ensure correct processes are followed and provide any training where necessary.
Ideally you will have a strong background in HR administration with experience of managing a team. You should be highly organised with a good eye for detail and have excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and be able to multitask effectively.
