As a technical solutions organisation, we provide computer repairs, IT support and telecommunication services as part of a wide range of technical solutions for businesses and individuals located across London, Essex and Hertfordshire.

We are based in Rotherhithe in Central London and Nazeing on the Essex/Herts border.

Please note that most services such as computer repairs, IT support and telecommunication services are currently being offered via remote access as the faster and cheaper service, however we can provide support at you location if required.

Trading since the year 2001, we have over 20 years commercial experience supporting both home and business customers. References can be supplied on request.

As a technical solutions organisation, we can help with issues or enquiries related to IT products and services such as backup to cloud services, cabling, computer repairs, IT support, internet services or VOIP telephone services and traditional business telephone services.

Some of the specifics cloud services we can assist implementing and maintaining are Azure, Google Workspace and Office 365.

We can provide personalised (and when restrictions are lifted, face-to-face) technical services and solutions for individuals and businesses.

We work closely with all our customers in order to build trust and develop our relationships.

We are as responsive as we can be with all requests from our customers.

We are accountable for the work we do.

We work on a no fix no fee basis.

We work in Essex, Hertfordshire and London. However, we do CSCS cabling nationwide.
