This position is full time 9AM till 4PM in Honiton.

A housing repair advisor is the first point of contact for housing customers ensuring a prompt and comprehensive respone to telephone,email and online enquiries.

The desired candidate would have:

Previous experience in a customer service role

Great attention to detail

Knowledge of housing services

A good level of literacy
