Up to date HRA 2018 knowledgeExperience handling caseloads and issuing S184 decision makingGood working knowledge of the homelessness legislation and has experience of working with the homelessness database and housing register used by the authority, which is HUME.Experience dealing with backlog cases and homeless prevention/reliefHybrid working- 1 day a week on site!Housing Act 1996 Part 6&7 knowledge

The budget is at present is in line with the market average and interviews will take place from the 2nd of January for a 8th January start date! The contract will run for 6 months.
