I have a 6–month contract for an experienced housing officer in Manchester overseeing a patch of Buy to Let and Shared Ownership properties for a local housing association. The role is hybrid, working 2 days per week in the office, 35 hours per week paid up to GBP24 per hour for the most experienced candidates. To apply for this role you will need knowledge of private sector lease agreements, rent assessments, compliance certificates, knowledge of processes and options for tenancy breaches, such as arrears or ASB. Typical duties include:
