A well established Housing Association are looking for a Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis with potential for extension. You will be responsible for assessments, case management and working with external partners.

Monday to Friday - NN5 area

Temporary - 3 months

The responsibilities of this Housing Officer role are:

To support in relation to tenancy sustainment, low level ASB and other generic housing matters.To oversee, monitor, record and report on cases of tenancy failure and safeguarding.Adapt to complex that all necessary paperwork and records are effectively maintained and are accessible.To ensure customers have a range of methods to obtain quality and informative advice, information and signposting of housing.

The ideal Housing Officer has:

Previous experience in a similar role within social housing. Knowledge of the local area and surroundingsExcellent admin skills including microsoft packages.
