Housing Officer
Full-time permanent position. Salary up to £30,000 p.a., £2,174 essential car user allowance plus benefits
Kingston Churches Housing Association (KCHA) is a locally based housing association operating mainly in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, but with additional properties in Elmbridge Borough Council and the London Borough of Merton. The Association was formed in 1964 and opened its first property in 1967. Since then we have grown steadily to our current size, and we now own and manage 275 units of housing. This is made up of a mix of general needs housing (for single people, couples, single parents and families) and sheltered housing for the elderly run by three resident Sheltered Managers.

We are currently looking to recruit a high calibre Housing Officer. The successful candidate will ideally have front line housing management experience, but we will consider other applicants provided they can demonstrate:
Commitment to customer service delivery
Ability to work effectively as a member of a small team
Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The postholder must have a full driving licence and use of a vehicle, for which business miles are reimbursed.
Salary up to £30,000 p.a. depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
Benefits include defined benefit pension scheme, company health insurance scheme, essential car user allowance of £2,174 p.a., 5 weeks holiday rising to 6 weeks after 5 years, and flexible working around agreed core hours.
