Vivid's client in the East Midlands is currently looking for an experienced Housing Officer/Tenancy Sustainment Officer for a minimum of 6 months with the option to be extended depending on experience.

Purpose of role: To support service users to achieve greater independence and stability in their life, through tenancy sustainment, life skills training, 1:1 key working sessions, support with education, gaining employment and referrals to external support services.

Key Responsibilities: The focus of activity on each of these activities varies week by week. Therefore, this role will be flexible across the following activities and responsibilities:

Tenancy sustainment

To promote independence, life skills and informed choices in accordance with the individual Support plan and to enhance inclusion in the community

To conduct group sessions and life skills workshops e.g. cooking, hygiene

You will need a background in Housing or Support

If you have a Mental Health Support Background this will be beneficial
