Our client is currently looking to recruit a Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their busy office in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities include:

The role will involve advising clients (some registered Social Housing providers as well as private landlords) on a broad range of matters including (but not exclusively):

Anti-social behaviour Unauthorised occupiers Rent arrears Possession Disrepair claims Nuisance claims Requirements

The successful candidate may already be working in or for a local authority or will have experience in a similar role already. They may be an experienced paralegal or working towards a qualification such as CILEX or SQE. You will have the ability to confidentially manage your own workload, excellent communication skills and be a team player with excellent attention to detail wanting to join a firm that is enjoying a significant growth phase.
