We are currently recruiting for an ever-growing Law firm in Liverpool. The law firm are an expert accident and housing disrepair solicitors and providers of personal injury advice, services and support.

They are no win no fee solicitors in Liverpool that were established in April 2016. Their dedicated solicitors are on hand right from the beginning and are happy to advise on all aspects of the claims process.

Main duties and responsibilities

Responsible for managing case load within the Housing Disrepair DepartmentDiscuss potential claims and provide an initial screening review on the telephone in-line with the agreed criteria for new casesTo review incoming information and establish a possible claim routeEnsure all information is scanned and uploaded to the case management systemMaintaining the case management system, making sure all workflow steps are correctly inputtedAssess prospects and prepare letters of claim and advise on the evidence with the clientsPrepare surveyors instructions and advise on the samePrepare claim documents and proceedingsDeal with case as they proceed via the court processEnsure compliance with court deadlines and directionsLiaise with Counsel, experts and any other third parties in an efficient and professional mannerSupport experts by providing them with all the information they need, liaising with them to ensure they review cases as quickly as possibleBe proactive and use initiative when presented with problems or issuesProvide excellent customer service by regularly updating clients on the progress of their case and answering any queries in a professional manner
