A leading litigation Law Firm with offices across the Northwest is looking for a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner/Solicitor to join a successful department dealing with quality work in Liverpool City Centre.

The ideal candidate will be from either a claimant or defendant background who have a good track record of handling a caseload of pre and post litigated housing disrepair matters.

You will be responsible for managing your own quality caseload of housing disrepair claims including pre and post litigation, as well as:

Dealing with and drafting various interlocutory applications Liaising with counsel Handling the caseload from instruction through to settlement Small claims, fast and multi-track cases Salary between 35,000- 55,000 depending on experience.
