Salary: GBP23,887 – GBP27,050 per annum dependant on experience.

Citizens Advice Knowsley is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to provide housing advice and are looking to recruit a Housing Adviser/Caseworker to provide an efficient and effective advice service to the residents of Knowsley.
Working from our offices in Kirkby and Huyton, this is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience. In return for your desire for success, we will make sure you receive all of the training and coaching you need to fit right into our team and to deliver a service covering all aspects of housing advice and support.
What Are We Looking For?
Knowledge and experience of giving housing advice to clients and working to quality standards and Funders requirements.Effective oral & written communication skills: with emphasis on negotiation, representing and preparing reviews, reports & correspondence. Ability to use IT Systems
Ability to prioritise own work, meet deadlines and targets, manage caseload, monitor and maintain own standards.Experience of providing good customer service: Face to Face / Telephone / email. Why Citizens Advice Knowsley?
