Busy professional principals are looking for a Housekeeper for their beautiful country property near Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX20. This is a live out or live in role. You will be provided with accommodation on the grounds if you live in. You must have a driving licence for this role.

Package Offered

£40,000 - £50,000 gross per year depending on experience.

The principals are keen to find a long-term and reliable housekeeper to look after their property. The property is surrounded by beautiful grounds. Multiple members of staff work in the property and you should be happy to work as part of a team.

Duties

The successful candidate will be friendly and discreet, with energy and enthusiasm for the role. You should be confident with all aspects of housekeeping and be able to clean and care for the home to a high standard, with great attention to detail. The principals enjoy keeping their home very organised and tidy, so you must be mindful to use your initiative to maintain this.

You will be responsible for the daily and deep cleaning of the household and ensure it is always tidy and presentable. Duties include: cleaning the bathrooms, organising and cleaning the kitchen, making beds, cleaning floors & surfaces, and generally keeping all areas of the house clean and organised. You must be happy to be responsible for the family’s wardrobe management if required, ensuring all laundry & ironing is up to date.

Occasionally, you may be required to run errands such as trips to the post office, dry cleaners, and grocery shopping.

Location/Accommodation

The property is located near Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX20. You will be provided accommodation on the grounds with all utilities covered if you decide to live in.

Days/Hours

Working 40 hours each week

Working Monday to Friday

Flexibility is expected, especially during holidays

Any overtime worked will be given back as time in lieu or paid in overtime
