Only moved in May 2020 so fairly recently decorated and new flooring/carpet fitted. Lobby replastered when we moved in and decorated to a high standard. Made to measure blinds fitted in all windows.

Myself and partner are in smaller bedroom at back of the house and my son and daughter are in bigger double bedroom at front of the house. To give an idea of size of larger bedroom it fits in it a double bunk bed, a cot bed and two wardrobes.

Absolutely love house and street/area it is really friendly and incredibly quiet! Only one neighbour joined on to house who is an elderly lady so you hear nothing at all from her house. And all other neighbours really friendly and nice :-)

Only looking to move as there is a bit of an age gap between my son and daughter so it’s proving slightly difficult with them sharing a room. We will have to move eventually due to age gap and gender difference so looking to move to a 3 bedroom and not have to move again :-) looking for preferably Mastrick, Northfield, Stockethill, Cornhill, Sheddocksley
