Hotel Receptionist with significant experience of working in hotels particularly for a small boutique hotel located in the Westend Baker St. W1 area.
Responsibilities will include supervising the staff, managing reception area, with significant knowledge of health safety and security issues commensurate with small hotels.
Must have knowledge and experience of using a hotel PMS, channel manager and contribute significantly in managing the channel manager and the booking engine; terms commensurate with experience, presentation and commitment to enhance the high existing reputation and with ability to suggest improvements in a professional manner. Self-motivation and reliability mandatory.

As part of a small team, you must have good English, be comfortable on a computer and be happy to engage with the public in a positive manner. Hotel experience is essential although we will also continue your training. Knowledge of OTA's and Little Hotelier an advantage, but not essential.
