Needs a few tweaks. Installed a wood burning stove (which needs insulating inside and outside have extra steel components to extend the chimney).

Installed an external port to connect solar panel(s) have one to include with invertor kit, extra battery (needs installation).

Also installed an internal UBS and lighter charging port as well as an external gas port for BBQ/hot water shower kit.

3 ring gas hob and 3-way fridge with mini freezer (gas, electric, battery) all in good working order. Serviced in 2022. Clean and tidy no rust or mould or water ingresses. Has curtains and nets not shown in pics.

Lovely project for anyone who has a bit of time and dedication to make it a home from home or home! Seating area for 7 people to eat and when the beds are made up is ideal for a couple and front area ideal as a 2 person eating/working space or bed for a small person.

Have locks for the wheel and the tow bar. It is fitted with a Thule Omnistor 2000 3m pull out awning that needs repairing or replacing
