Myself and my partner are looking for a house to become our long term home, we are a couple in our 40s and very quiet and respectful.

I have one daughter 14 whom will visit so a bedroom needs to be available for her. I'm looking for something very quite with a garden I can take care of, due to an issue I have with my ears I stay at home a lot, so the house will be where I spent the majority of my time and will be well loved.

We have a cat and a few pet lizards so pet accepted please.

Ideally something away from busy roads, or even an estate.

Happy to do minor work on house and garden if needed in return for tenancy.

Location around mid/north Devon towards Somerset.

We have deposit and references.

One month notice at current property but would be happy with two week cross over.
