( Rickmansworth, Croxley Green, Mill End, Bushey, Bedmond, Harrow, Abbots Langley, South Oxhey, Abbots or Hemel Hempstead, Pinner or St Albans areas, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden city )

I will consider a 2 bedroom house in the right area.

I have a large 2 bedroom FLAT ( double sized bedrooms ) in Watford, Herts - about a 10 minute walk from Cassiobury park and Watford town centre.

Main bedroom has a massive built in wardrobe, It has a open plan living room / kitchen. Bathroom has both a bath and fitted power shower. Permitted parking, communal gardens, pets allowed, close to all amenities ( shops, hospital, GP surgeries, train station, schools and colleges buses, parks, supermarkets etc )

My property is on the 2nd floor, but the block has a lift as well as stairs
