Aromatherapy massage using blended oils can help boost mood, relax and unwind, clear head space and improve overall well-being.

Massage can assist our energy flow when we are feeling stagnant or out of balance.

Energy and uplift blend -

The energy and uplift blend is stimulating and energising, ideal if your feeling a bit flat and could do with a boost to raise your vibrations.
