Hire Controller- Based local to Burton upon Trent, an expanding plant hire company is looking for an experienced customer focused individual to join a busy hire desk. This individual will ideally have previous experience as a Hire Controller and have a high level of administration skills.
Responsibilities of the Hire Controller
Run and manage the on and off-hires of plant equipmentAdministration including raising hires and sales paperwork.Manage incoming and outgoing calls.Raise purchase orders and tend to invoice queries.Ensure the completion of spreadsheets. To be successful in this role you may have previously worked as a Service Administrator, Service Co-Ordinator, Hire Administrator, Hire Coordinator, Plant Administrator, Hire Controller or Administrator.
Skills of the Hire Controller
Excellent IT skills and be confident using Microsoft Office.Self-motivated and have strong communication skills.Excellent telephone manner.Customer service Benefits of the Hire Controller
