Anderson Knight is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join one of our clients based in Blantyre on a full time permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create all calls on in house system accurately and within required timescales, updating client portals wherever necessary. Respond to email and telephone queries from customers and engineers. Liaise closely with Team Leader, raising concerns/issues on a timely basis to ensure speedy resolution. Must be able to work positively and with enthusiasm in an extremely fast paced environment. Attention to detail is imperative. Work closely with team members, providing proactive support where necessary. Contribute to ISO Business Manager systems. Requirements:
