Anderson Knight Recruitment is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Help Desk Operator to join one of our clients in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through phone, email, and other communication channels. The Help Desk Operator will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient assistance for all their facility management needs.
Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to incoming client calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Record and prioritize client requests and assign them to the appropriate departments or personnel for resolution. Provide technical assistance to clients for basic facility management issues, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including the nature of the request, actions taken, and resolution. Follow up with clients to ensure that their requests have been resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support staff or management as necessary. Generate reports and provide feedback to management on overall Help Desk performance. Requirements:
Proven experience working in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a facilities management or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues. Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email, and customer service software.
