Healthcare Assistant duties:
Our Healthcare assistants, carers, support staff and nurses offer support with mealtimes, personal care, and activities but they also do so much more than this. We are looking for team members who understand the importance of getting to know a person holistically and who recognise the importance of this and as such, see the importance of accurate recordings, good communication and teamwork with the focussed outcome of better lives for people

Healthcare Assistant experience required:
A people person:
As a Healthcare Assistant you must be naturally supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong relationships and empathise. Finds it easy to integrate within an established team of healthcare professionals
Caring by nature:
Are you enthusiastic about person-centred support and what this means fundamentally? Has a genuine passion for making people s lives better and more fulfilled.

Face to face Moving and Handling of People Certificate SSSC registration preferable or must be registered within 6 months of gaining employment 3-6 Month's UK experience working in a professional care home Wanting to work Days/nights COVID Vaccine preferable
