Location: West London W11

Salary: GBP26 - GBP28 per hour

About the role

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Health Visitor to join our team in West London (Notting Hill).Providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families.Supporting safeguarding, attending CP conferences, core groups, early help, and mentoringHome visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership PlusAs a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of children and their families in our local community. You will provide a range of services, including:

Health assessments for children from 0 to 5 years old.Advice and support to parents on child development, nutrition, and healthy lifestylesSafeguarding children and working with families to identify and address any concerns.Working with other professionals to provide a coordinated approach to care. About you

You will be a Specialised Public Community Nurse and have at least two years' experience in health visiting. Qualified HV experience with the use of Rio using the templates, good communication and able to support changes.Require a work risk assessment.You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be passionate about working with children and families and have a strong commitment to providing high quality care. About us
